Our shipping and returns policy provides details relating to the delivery and returns of goods from KiddieRail c\/o Cardea Solutions (UK) Ltd.<\/p>\n

Rates will vary according to item, delivery quantities and shipping location.<\/p>\n

Where do we deliver?<\/h2>\n

We deliver to mainland UK, the US and Canada.<\/p>\n

For the following off-shore areas: Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Shetland Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man please contact us for a custom delivery charge .<\/p>\n

Can I cancel my order once placed?<\/h2>\n

Yes, you can cancel your order once placed and receive a full refund. However, if the items are already delivered, the customer will bear the cost of returning the goods. It is not possible to cancel by simply sending the goods back. <\/p>\n

When can I expect to receive my order?<\/h2>\n

You can expect to receive your order within 2-5 working days depending upon location and delivery service selected.<\/p>\n

Please note that we will need to wait 21 Days from dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of your order.<\/p>\n

Dispatch<\/h2>\n

You will be informed when your item has been dispatched, and where possible will be provided with a tracking number for you to monitor the progress of the delivery.<\/p>\n

Receiving a delivery<\/h2>\n

Orders will need to be signed for in person. Please ensure the delivery address is an address where you will be at the time of delivery (home or work). <\/p>\n

If you are not present at the time of delivery, the courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery with them for a more convenient time.<\/p>\n

It is very important that you check your parcel before signing for it from our couriers.
If the packaging is damaged then ensure you refuse delivery of your parcel and contact Cardea Solutions on: 0161 413 0766.<\/p>\n

If an item is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery to qualify for a refund.
If the item is damaged in transit or is incorrectly supplied, we will collect and replace the item at no further cost.<\/p>\n
