Carriage prices vary depending on order quantity and product type.
The carriage prices will be indicated at the checkout before taking you through to payment.

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Terms & Conditions: Making a purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Terms & Conditions: Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2-5 business days .

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Shipping and Returns Policy

Our shipping and returns policy provides details relating to the delivery and returns of goods from Cardea Solutions (UK) Limited.
Please note that due to the bespoke nature of our window security products, we operate a different shipping and returns policy for these goods. See further below for a separate Window security shipping and returns policy.

How much will it cost to have my order delivered?

Rates will vary according to item and delivery quantities. All shipping prices will be displayed clearly for UK mainland only on the website before proceeding to checkout or please contact us on: 0161 413 0766 for details.

Where do we deliver?

We deliver to mainland UK at a standard delivery charge.
For the following off-shore areas: Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Shetland Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man please contact us for a custom delivery charge.

Can I cancel my order once placed?

Yes, you can cancel your order once placed and receive a full refund. However, if the items are already delivered, the customer will bear the cost of returning the goods. It is not possible to cancel by simply sending the goods back. We also operate a 30 days returns policy. Please see our returns policy.

When can I expect to receive my order?

You can expect to receive your order within 2-5 working days. Please note that we will need to wait 21 Days from dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of your order, due to the current Royal Mail non-delivery investigation policy.


You will be informed when your item has been dispatched, and where possible will be provided with a tracking number for you to monitor the progress of the delivery.

Receiving a delivery:

Orders will need to be signed for in person. Please ensure the delivery address is an address where you will be at the time of delivery (home or work). If you are not present at the time of delivery, the courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery with them for a more convenient time.

What do I do if my item is delivered damaged?

It is very important that you check your parcel before signing for it from our couriers. If the packaging is damaged then ensure you refuse delivery of your parcel and contact Cardea Solutions on: 0161 413 0766.

What do I do if my item is damaged?

If an item is damaged during delivery, please contact Cardea Solutions within 48 hours of your delivery to qualify for a refund. If the item is damaged in transit or is incorrectly supplied, we will collect and replace the item at no further cost.

What is your returns policy?

We operate a 30 days returns policy. If you need to return an item, please contact us on: 0161 413 0766, where you can speak to one of our customer service advisers.

All items must be returned unused, in its original packaging to:

Once we receive the goods back, we will inspect the goods before issuing a full refund.
